Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all travel bookings made with our travel company. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Given quote is valid for minimum paying persons only as mentioned in the itinerary.
- In Darjeeling Sikkim Rooms are Non A/c Rooms as the Destinations are Hill Stations.
- Most of the destination there are no classified Star Hotels and the hotels we provide will be with Similar facility Hotels.
- Vehicles would be Non A.C in the hills as it is difficult to climb uphill roads.
- For delay in train/flight/bus timings Rs, 200/ extra would be applicable Per Hour
- Confirmations of hotels are subject to availability. Extra Bed @ hotel will be (Bed Roll / Mattress)
- Slight alterations in the accommodation may become unavoidable due to unavailability of rooms in mentioned hotels ut the accommodation so provided will be of the same class.
- Check in time 14:00 Hrs and Check out time 12:00 Hrs for all Hotels.
- No refund will be for unused services.
- Foreigners are not allowed to visit Restricted areas in Sikkim like Baba Mandir,Nathu a Pass, Zero Point, Gurudongmer Lake.
- Normal running time of vehicle is 7am to 6pm, subject to weather conditions.
- Incase of land slide or any other reason Tsangoo Lake is closed, we shall provide you alternate sight seeing.
- (EP only room), (CP room + breakfast) ( MAP Room + breakfast + lunch/dinner), (AP room + all meals;full board)
- If any point is closed at the time of travel there will be no reduction in the cost for the same.
- Any Change in the current tax structure at the time of partaking of services will be applicable as per law.
- Rooms are not blocked and Rooms & Rates are subject to vailability at the time of booking confirmation.
- Room Heater is Chargeable on direct payment basis.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your trip. In such cases, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
- 15-30 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
- Less Than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers and to ensure that you have a great experience with us. In case you are not satisfied with our services, or if your plans change and you are eligible for a refund, our refund policy is as follows:
- 50% refund if canceled up to 45 and 30 days before the start of the trip.
- 25% refund if canceled between 30 and 15 days before the start of the trip.
- No refund if canceled within 15 days from the start of the trip.
- No refund if you have to leave a trip in the middle.
